VP, Mobile Application Marketing Manager

Job Summary and Opportunity

The marketing department is responsible for enterprise-level development, management, and implementation of marketing programs to support the Bank’s strategic plans, brand awareness efforts, and growth objectives. The marketing team collaborates with business unit leaders and operational team members to support the Bank’s overall mission of banking evolved –providing customers technology-driven products and services that are superior to our competitors.

Responsibilities

• Develop team capabilities and efficiencies around workflow, audience selection, business intelligence, marketing channels, and templatization of collateral/assets
• Oversee the development of campaigns that are imaginative, engaging, timely, and aligned to the Axos brand while also meeting time and budget constraints
• Possess a deep understanding of capabilities and constraints in online and offline marketing channels, including paid social, search, affiliate, display, email, mail, SMS, push, and in-app marketing
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners across the organization to deliver on new product development and launches
• Analyze market conditions, competitor data, consumer research to determine effective positioning, incentive, and messaging strategies to ensure a competitive edge
• Understand and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including product-level disclosures and audience targeting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Online Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ in Digital Marketing and Brand
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing best practices and trends
• Experience using and implementing major web analytics packages and SEM tools
• Extensive experience with online lead capture and landing page optimization
