Vice President-Localized Segment Branch Marketing

The Branch and Community Marketing (BCM) team is responsible for developing strategies for marketing in and for our branches inclusive of marketing campaigns, merchandising, customer engagement, community/localization, and apparel. We are seeking to expand our team with a talented marketing leader focused on driving our local and segment specific marketing within our branch network.

Lead the strategy, planning, and program oversight of branch marketing initiatives for segmented, and localized content in our branch network. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use the branch segmentation data provided by our One Chase Distribution Network partners to develop a messaging and content strategy for prioritized segments within our branch network.
  • Develop a strategy to create develop, deploy, and curate localized branch content:
  • Identify which branches fall within our prioritized segments
  • Using our branch messaging strategic framework, work to develop a messaging strategy across the messaging funnel (Purpose, Bank for All, Products and Education, Community and Local) to determine which existing messages can be emphasized within our prioritized segments, and opportunities to develop new messaging
  • Work with our existing strategy and campaign management teams to collaborate on including segmented creative direction into our creative brief process for design, development, and deployment into our branches on our merchandising calendar
  • Define a forward looking content calendar for segmented marketing as well as a testing plan to validate and refine our approach
  • Local content created at the individual branch level – work with the branch field team, legal, and compliance to develop guidance on how individual branch managers can identify, create, and curate content that recognizes the local community
  • Local content created at the corporate level:
  • work with One Chase Partners to identify localized content and stories that we can deploy to our branch network

Required qualifications:

  • 4 year degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Mgmt
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with expertise in marketing strategy and innovation, preferably within digital and retail spaces
  • Financial services industry and/or merchandising experience a plus
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Experienced manager of marketing budgets, forecasts, and expected returns, ideally for direct response marketing initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills – especially for C-suite audience
