This position requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in transformation and change processes, both within the organization and within the industry, encompassing product and capability development.Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering team (7 leaders as direct reports and a global team of around 300) to refine and optimize every aspect of production processes for blades, including process flows, organization, materials selection, tooling, and collaboration with both internal and external partners, ensuring high levels of inherent safety and process capability/robustness.
• Lead the organization from a centralized to a decentralized, plant-focused model
• Ensure the formalization of processes and creation and management of institutional know how
• Drive process optimization across the existing blade production network
• Lead the implementation of production processes for new blade types
• Support the implementation of production processes in new facilities
• Lead and implement a KPI driven culture, process-by-process, that delivers significant improvements.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Engineering or related technical field
• Structured approach – ability to formalize and establish execution processes in a rigorous manner, creating disciplined operating routines
• High technical literacy and quantitative capability
• Six Sigma or equivalent experience is highly beneficial
• Leadership experience with a track record of leading, operating, and enabling change across cultures and in a global setup
• 5+ years of experience working in a matrix or global organization
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
