The Opportunity

The VP, of Digital + Direct Marketing, provides leadership and oversight of the digital, direct, and brand marketing efforts and oversees all main media spending/budget. As a necessary member of the leadership team, the VP, of Digital + Direct will contribute overall growth of the brand by building brand equity, increasing brand awareness, driving Return on investment, creating customer engagement, and increasing sales.

• You will coordinate marketing and media efforts including strategy, planning, budgeting, branding, digital marketing, direct mail, social, and public relations.
• You will report to the Brand President.

Your Impact

• You will contribute to our growth and provide strategic direction and road map for marketing efforts including digital, direct, brand, social, and public relations. The VP will manage a team of digital and direct marketing experts and manage the agency partners.
• Participate in annual operating and strategic planning to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with financial goals; reliably oversee marketing budgets; and perform monthly forecasts.
• Led the marketing teams ensuring the development of all Grandin annual and seasonal marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics including Measurement reporting, ongoing testing, frequent results sharing, and post analysis on marketing investments.
• Optimize performance marketing spend across multiple channels and touchpoints with an emphasis on driving efficiencies in digital marketing and increasing the value of digitally acquired customers.
• Identify opportunities and channels to reach new market segments and expand market share.
• Oversee marketing analytics including collaboration with the Cornerstone Brands Data team to deliver customer insights; manage market research efforts; stay current with industry trends; and benchmark competitors to drive positive change within the company.
• Partner with Merchandising, Creative, Inventory, and Finance; and work with your peers on the Cornerstone Brands Marketing Council to share and implement best practice

What You Bring

• 10+ years as someone with responsibility in brand, digital, and direct marketing with P&L responsibility
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• You will have experience growing a multichannel lifestyle/retail /e-commerce brand.
• You will have leadership with demonstrated experience in building teams
• You will develop long-term strategies, set and prioritize investments and workload, meet deadlines, and adjust to changes in focus, priorities, and tasks
• You will be someone who is not afraid to take responsible risks and enjoy generating, nurturing, and testing ideas to improve our performance
