Undergraduate Student – Business Administrator / Marketing Co-Ordinator Job Detail

*This Job is not remote, it is at our Scarborough location*

Since 2009 Body & Soul Clinic has been helping clients look & feel great. Over this time we have been able to successfully provide over 1/4 Million treatments for our clients.

Body & Soul Clinic Marketing Specialists work with the marketing and business team to create promotion calendars, on board new clients to the clinic, discuss in house promotions with clients, and develop social media posts & strategies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Computer and Design Skills: Using Canva and Creator Studio
• Strong verbal communication skills to talk with clients
• Organization and time management skills
• Computer skills and fast learner is an asset

Efforts & Responsibility

• Responsible to complete task within a certain time range to a high degree
• Responsible for maintaining communication and providing relevant promotional information to clients
• Attending in-person meetings and training sessions

Training & Experience

• Relevant marketing experience is considered an asset but not required
• All required training will be provided

Job Responsibilities

Communication

• On a daily basis communicate with clients about current promotions that are available at the clinic
• Communicate with your team lead on daily task requirements that include but are not limited to discussing Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads
• Develop informative and creative social media posts

Marketing

• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns for current clients at the clinic
• Organize marketing calendar for monthly and weekly projects
• Reach out to prospective sales and discuss packages that are available

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
