DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleExclusive Networks is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of multi-vendor marketing campaigns across the UK&I region. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong CRM expertise, a flair for creative content creation, and proven experience in vendor relationship management and MDF (Marketing Development Fund) governance.You’ll be responsible for building and managing integrated campaigns, producing high-impact visuals, and ensuring all activity is aligned to vendor objectives and marketing plans. You’ll also play a key role in managing MDF budgets, reporting on ROI, and maintaining strong relationships with vendor stakeholders.As the Vendor Marketing Specialist, you will:QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

  • Campaign Management: Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns via CRM, aligned with vendor and sales objectives.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Serve as the main contact for vendors, ensuring alignment, securing approvals, and providing performance and ROI reports.
  • MDF Oversight: Manage Marketing Development Funds – from planning and compliance to claims and ROI tracking.
  • Creative Development: Design branded campaign assets including emails, social media content, event materials, and landing pages.
  • Marketing Operations: Maintain and optimize CRM workflows, automation, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights to improve effectiveness.

The ideal Vendor Marketing Specialist will:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the IT or cybersecurity channel
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (campaign management, automation, reporting)
  • Strong experience in vendor marketing and MDF management
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Express for creative asset production
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and ROI analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • CRM certifications or training (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
  • Experience working with channel partners and vendor marketing teams
  • Familiarity with MDF processes and vendor compliance requirements
