About The Role

Delivering strategic UK & European marketing activity to support new business growth, lead generation and build revenue across the UK & European offices for a large global construction consultancy. The UK & Europe Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering targeted marketing campaign and brand positioning activities that will ensure a return on investment. The role is pan-European and in addition to our UK activities, there will be a focus on our German business, where we currently have five offices across the country. Reporting on marketing success, and alignment with Business Development teams, will be a key element of this role. You will go to market through multiple sectors, including education, commercial, hospitality and residential property.

The role is London-based and reports into the UK & Europe Marketing Communications Associate Director. German language skills would be highly beneficial, but not essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the core sector groups across the business to identify key propositions and initiatives to drive regional and national awareness of Currie & Brown and its sector capabilities
  • Developing measurable, multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns – with a focus on both UK and European markets and audiences, particularly Germany – utilising and creating relevant digital and traditional tactics from brief through to delivery
  • Lead on Marketing reporting and analytics: Tracking and providing post-campaign analysis, collating information from different channels of engagement and offering insight for improvements
  • Developing a messaging framework for core sectors to create a differentiated proposition to attract business opportunities, aligned to business priorities
  • Deliver content plans that support all campaign and communication activity, including PR, thought leadership, blogs, awards, case studies and more across the full marketing mix
  • Working with the group marketing team and key stakeholders across the business to implement targeted sector emails to external stakeholders, overseeing the use of data lists and capturing analytics to measure engagement and growth
  • Managing campaign budgets and overseeing future forecasting
  • Actively supporting internal communication initiatives, focused on employee engagement aligned to our 5-year strategy and CSR
  • Occasional travel to continental Europe offices, particularly Germany
  • Other duties and tasks or projects as required.

Requirements:

  • 5 years+ B2B or Professional Services Marketing experience
  • Experience working with Business Development and Sales teams to drive lead generation and support revenue goals
  • Ability to develop marketing reports, dashboards and analyse data to demonstrate ROI
  • German language skills preferred, but not essential
  • Campaign management experience, working cross border across European countries
  • Track record of copywriting and content development
  • LinkedIn marketing experience with track record of building audiences and engagement
  • Excellent stakeholder management with ability to collaborate across different teams
  • Working knowledge of CRM and Database implementation and delivery beneficial
  • Skilled in using E-marketing tools e.g. MailChimp and developing digital marketing campaigns and tracking results
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail.

Qualifications & Education:

  • CIM Diploma-qualified, or equivalent
  • Ideally educated to Degree level, or equivalent.

Reporting to our UK & Europe associate director marketing, this role presents an opportunity to take the lead in developing sector-led marketing campaigns to support business development across our European offices, with a focus on Germany, as well as our UK regions.
