About the team
You will be part of the Global Real Estate team based in London, working on a range of projects across EMEA and ensuring on-time delivery and user satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that our employees are operating at their best, in a well-structured, inspiring environment.

Responsibilities
– Support regional office leasing (both flexi space and traditional space) transactions from end-to-end, including research, briefs, evaluation, financial analysis and deal execution.
– Support regional site inspections and approvals whilst facilitating with organisation stakeholders.
– Prepare market intelligence, optimisation proposals, cost/benefit analysis (including scenarios) and collate information on market supply, demand and pricing for flexi and traditional/commercial offices.
– Perform data driven research, analysis and insights and provide reports, budget management reports and proposal submission support to management.
– Supports execution of transaction plans, real estate projects, facility acquisitions, legal and real estate leases and agreements.
– Facilitates, optimises and implements improvements in transaction processes.
– Helps oversee third party vendors and broker relationships.

Qualifications

Qualifications
– BA/MA+ in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance/Accountancy, Engineering or its equivalent
– Experience in commercial practice and leasing for office space preferred
– Commercial pathway RICS accredited degree a bonus
– Strong understanding of the real estate industry across EMEA and strong persuasive, presentation and negotiation skills.
– Proactive, facilitative, problem solver with good business and financial acumen.
– Agile to work in a fast-paced collaborative and indepedent environment.
– Strong relationship management and stakeholder skills, particularly across a diverse stakeholder group.
– Research, data, communication (oral and written) skills
– 0-40% Travel
