Tokopedia Brand Marketing Specialist – Integrated Marketing (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia, Indonesia)

About the team The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it’s launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team’s contributions are essential to TikTokShop’s success in SEA. Purpose of the Role This campaign ops is the main PIC leading for end to end campaign planning and execution, building strong campaigns that benefit both sellers and platform, excite buyers to shop on platform. The role requires a strategist who is strong in analytics and can translate targets into workable actions. The person would be the center of collaboration across functions to create the most compelling campaign in the market Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Development & Planning: – Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and develop comprehensive brand campaign strategies aligned with overall business goals. – Assist in the conceptualization and planning of creative and innovative campaign concepts across various channels (digital, social media, traditional, experiential, etc.). – Execute and contribute in the setting of clear campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs). – Assist in the development of detailed campaign timelines, resource allocation plans, and execution frameworks. – Collaborate in conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies and ensure differentiation. 2. Campaign Execution & Management: – Assist in the management of the end-to-end execution of brand marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. – Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative, content, sales) and external agencies (e.g., advertising, PR, media buying) to ensure seamless campaign delivery. – Lead the development of compelling marketing materials and content in collaboration with the creative team, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment. – Oversee the implementation of campaigns across various marketing channels, including digital advertising (SEM, social media ads, display), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, public relations, events, and partnerships. – Ensure all campaign activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines. 3. Campaign Analysis & Reporting: – Assist in robust tracking mechanisms to monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs. – Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization. – Conduct post-campaign evaluations and provide actionable learnings for future initiatives. 4. Brand Building & Collaboration: – Ensure all campaign activities consistently reinforce the brand identity, messaging, and values. – Collaborate closely with other marketing team members to ensure integrated marketing efforts. – Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. – Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application across all campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of proven experience in brand marketing, with a strong focus on campaign development and execution. – Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion. – Sufficient understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms (e.g., social media, search engine marketing, email marketing). Able to drive data driven insights. – Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills. – Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Preferred qualifications: – Familiarity with brand tracking and social listening tools is a plus. – Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. – Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
