In this role, you will be driving sales growth and market share to key clinical staff within your territory. This will be an excellent opportunity for a skilled sales “hunter”. Are you ready to take the next step in your career and write a chapter in our story of innovation?Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Promotes and sells Medtronic’s products and services within Melbourne Metro and specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services.
• Promotes and establishes education of the company’s products and/or services.
• Conducts market research including customers and competitor’s activities.
• Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Research and Development, Operations and Marketing.
• Responsible for a hospital account, overseeing logistics, driving strategic communication, and fostering strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and sustained partnership growth.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales within the medical device industry
• Experience working in an Operating Theatre
• Experience as a lead/trainer/educator would be an advantage
• Has own vehicle and an active driver’s license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results.
