What you’ll be doing:

Create documentation for new product features and knowledge articles following brand guidelines
Work with developers and release managers to create release notes for new Copado versions and backend upgrades
Update existing documentation as required and review feedback from different stakeholders to enhance existing articles
Collaborate with the UX Design team in the definition of help texts and error messages

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in technical writing, content creation, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in English, writing, or related field
Excellent oral and written skills in English
Experience with knowledge/content management and authoring tools
Must be aware of the document development lifecycle (DDLC)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects with aggressive timelines
We believe attitude is as important as aptitude. Must be a great team player who believes in taking the team to greater heights.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of Salesforce
Must be tech-savvy and enthusiastic about learning new technologies

Nice to have:

Technical background
Basic knowledge of version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HTML
