Job description: Joining Collibra’s Engineering teamCollibra’s Product & Engineering PMO team leads project, program and release management, and supports all operational functions in support of our Product & Engineering team. We are looking for a Project Manager to drive a number of critical, cross-functional initiatives that advance Product & Engineering’s company objectives for the year.You will be reporting to a Manager of P&E PMO and working primarily with stakeholders in both Product & Engineering, Security and other departments at Collibra.This is a hybrid role based in our Prague office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.Project managers’ at Collibra are responsible for
Lead a number of critical, cross-functional projects from inception to completion
Partner with cross-functional leaders to structure critical projects/software and facilitate decision making
One of Collibra’s core values is ‘Embrace and Drive Change’, which is a core responsibility of PMO in the Product & Engineering organization
Contribute to the design, development and iterations on a framework and materials for project management including but not limited to planning iterations, risk management and progress reporting
Drive accountability by identifying, documenting and developing key performance indicators and metrics
Take proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed expectations as well as managing expectations of cross-functional partners
Work with various domain experts from Product Managers, Engineers, Engineering Managers, UX Designers, Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.
You have
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required
2+ years experience in managing multiple projects, preferably in a technology organization
A technical background, preferably in Software Development, Testing or in a CI/CD context
Experience in working in a multi-language, multi-time zone environment
Business acumen, statistical analysis, excellent written and verbal communication skills – we’re a global team and English is the most spoken language
Scrum Master certification or equivalent is a plus.
Experience with Jira is a must.
You must have work authorization to work in Prague, CZ.
