• Managing calendars and coordinating meetings across the entire unit
• Building travel itineraries and ensuring all travel arrangements go smoothly
• Assisting in the organization of customer visits, internal events, and team activities
• Supporting the local management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Creating and updating presentations, organizational charts, and internal documents
• Handling attendance and time tracking in our e-time software
• Overseeing office management: ordering supplies, maintaining a tidy workspace, and promoting 5Sprinciples
• Applying company branding and marketing guidelines in daily tasks and supporting others in doing the same

What We’re Looking For:

• Completed secondary or university education
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High level of flexibility to support when necessary
• A high level of independence, attention to detail, and discretion
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in both Czech and English (spoken and written)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• A professional, polished, and confident demeanor
