Our Dashboard provides customers, support-coordinators, and service providers; self-service and visibility of exactly how the plan / invoices are tracking.Our State Relationship Manager (SRM) role is a purpose-driven role building meaningful partnership with a range of individuals and businesses to provide a range of services to people in Australia living with disabilities. Where you live will determine your geographical area you will cover.The Role:

• Build and nurture relationships with Support Coordinators, LACs, Service Providers, medical professionals, and government contacts
• Build and deepen B2B relationships across the NDIS ecosystem to grow Plan Management referrals
• Own and execute the state acquisition strategy, hitting quarterly and annual targets
• Use data insights (e.g. heat maps) to identify growth regions and activate local strategies
• Represent PSS at networking events and forums
• Collaborate with Product, Digital, and Marketing teams to enhance referrer experience and tools
• Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver on growth objectives
• Share best practices with other SRMs and continuously improve team effectiveness
• Leverage personal networks and cultivate new acquisition opportunities

You will bring:

• 5–7-years B2B sales and partnerships experience
• Demonstrated Business Development experience B2B
• Be computer savy – outlook, teams, word, excel and CRMs experience
• Sound planning, organising and time management capability
• Outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
