From order confirmations to loyalty rewards, you’ll ensure every touchpoint strengthens the bond between Hobbii and our crafting community. Your mission: transform one-time buyers into devoted Hobsters who can’t wait to share their next creation! 💝This role covers the full scope of the post-purchase journey – giving you the autonomy to shape both the strategy and the execution, from the very first confirmation email to long-term loyalty engagement. You’ll have the flexibility to test, learn, and adapt, with room to bring your own ideas to lifeThe Road AheadOwn the entire community & loyalty experience strategy – from order tracking to loyalty program optimization across web and appsOwn the roadmap for our Creators & Designers communitiesDesign and execute retention initiatives that increase customer lifetime valueWork with our MyHobbii membership program to develop compelling loyalty experiences.Use data insights to identify friction points and craft smoother customer journeysActively work with the Product Managers to establish and improve our Product habits. Including experimentation, customer interviews and feedback loops.Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to bring delightful experiences to lifeYour MasteryYou’ll thrive in this role if you’re driven by seeing the tangible results of your work, enjoy connecting the dots between customer insights and business outcomes, and value working in a setting where collaboration is as important as precision.
