Sr. Partner Marketing Manager

Greater London, United Kingdom

Seniority Level: Mid-Senior

Location: London, UK

About the role and about you:

We are looking for a top-notch Senior Partner Marketing Manager. You will champion the introduction of new acquisition-focussed products and propositions developed in collaboration with partner brands, supporting the creation of their marketing strategies, leading go-to-market plans and owning product launches. You will collaborate closely day-to-day with Zwift’s Product and Marketing teams, and play a central role in achieving our sales and subscription growth goals. This is a highly transversal role that is crucial to Zwift’s future success. Fast paced, hard work, maybe a bit of sweat…but loads of fun. Let’s roll.

What you’ll do:

  • Relationship management of key strategic partners and ownership of co-marketing activity.
  • Collaboration with partners to bring new propositions to market including development of product positioning, messaging and launch tactics.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders from Product and Marketing teams to bring these projects to life.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams from project kick-off, to launch and beyond – supporting product sales and subscription growth once in market.
  • Provide input to the creation of product marketing strategies including target audience definition, product positioning and messaging.
  • Manage campaign creative development and execution from brief to delivery on paid, owned and earned touch points including advertising, social, website, email, PR, influencers and sponsored athletes.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Insights team to conduct customer research and bring market insights into the development of new products and confirm product-market fit.
  • Be a subject matter expert and show attention to detail for the products/projects that you own whilst having an intimate understanding of target audiences.
  • Review competitive offerings, helping our teams stay up to speed on the latest industry trends.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of client and/or agency marketing experience within Growth, Partner or Product Marketing including:
  • A track record of developing successful product launches, marketing plans and channel specific tactics.
  • Experience translating consumer insights into actionable and compelling marketing briefs inclusive of comms strategy, tactics, channel messaging and campaign KPIs.
  • Strong project management, problem solving, planning and delivery with ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Experience leading cross-functional marketing project teams to execute plans.
  • Previous background in B2C marketing preferred, with experience in consumer tech brands, preferably across health/wellness/sport/tech categories and integrated hardware & software.
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability and familiarity with marketing analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus points:

  • Strong product familiarity or experience using Zwift
  • Passion for cycling, running or triathlon
  • Prior experience with integrated hardware + software propositions

How to stand out among the rest:

Your resume/CV is enough to show off your skills, accomplishments, and experience. However, if you choose to include a cover letter introducing us to your awesome personality, we will read that too.

Transparency in Coverage:

Health plan price transparency is designed to help consumers know the cost of covered items or healthcare-related services prior to the date upon which they receive care. Transparency in Coverage (TIC) regulations require health insurers and group health plans to create machine readable files (MRFs) that contain the negotiated rates for in-network providers and allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers and make those files publicly available.

Here is the link to the site on which Kaiser Permanente posts its in-network and out-of-network allowed amount machine-readable files (MRFs).

Here is the link to the site on which Anthem posts  its in-network and out-of-network allowed amount machine-readable files (MRFs). The link will allow you to search for your files using your Employer Identification Number (81-2798595)

To help us track our recruitment effort, please indicate in your cover//motivation letter where (marketingjobs.pro) you saw this job posting.
