SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Sr. Manager, Loyalty & Partnership Marketing is responsible for ensuring Amtrak Guest Rewards, Co-brand Credit Card and Loyalty & Brand Partnership Marketing programs are developed and articulated in a brand-right, consistent, and compelling way. Drives the development of materials including but not limited to in-station and onboard signage, out of home, digital screens, website, and mobile app creative, SMS, marketing emails and all other communication vehicles. Fulfills the strategic vision and specific requests of CRM, Loyalty, and Co-Brand leaders from a creative and brand marketing perspective, ensuring all deliverables align with their strategies. Serves as a key stakeholder in revisioning Loyalty program. Carefully and clearly documents brand guidance and campaign development for all Loyalty, Partnership and Co-Brand efforts partnering closely with Advertising, Media, and Brand Standards partners. Ensures extremely high quality and consistency across all channels. Takes insights and direction to improve the creative execution of all programs. Explores and expands upon new Brand Marketing partnerships and programs for Amtrak – taking activations through from concept to successful execution and optimization to expand Amtrak’s market presence. Leads, coaches, and develops a Lead Marketing Specialist and a Senior Marketing Analyst. Partners closely and directs creative and marketing efforts with agencies (CRM, Loyalty, Email). Ensures partners are all meeting and exceeding their deliverables and goals.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The salary/hourly range is $135,800-$176,040. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc. Depending on an employee’s assigned worksite or location, Amtrak may consider a geo-pay differential to be applied to the employee’s base salary. Amtrak may offer additional incentive and pay programs to recognize and reward our employees, including a short-term incentive bonus based upon factors such as individual and company performance that is commensurate with the level of the position and/or long-term incentive plan compensation. If an applicant/employee refuses to provide written consent for Amtrak to obtain these records, the individual will not be permitted to perform safety-sensitive functions.
In accordance with federal law governing security checks of covered individuals for providers of public transportation (Title 6 U.S.C. §1143), Amtrak is required to screen applicants for any permanent or interim disqualifying criminal offenses.
