Job Description
The Sr. Marketing Manager will lead the overall development and execution of all portfolio marketing strategies, plans and programs for Ayu Las Vegas.

Primary Job Responsibilities - Includes, but is not limited to:
- Lead the overall development, management and execution of all portfolio marketing strategies, plans and programs, both short and long term, including traditional and digital advertising, collateral, video and photography assets, etc., to increase revenues, awareness, and expansion of property products and/or services.
- Work directly with the Vice President of Advertising, Marketing on the development of all internal brands and ensures all projects are implemented on time and within budget
- Oversee team of Marketing, Advertising and Creative managers.
- Provide leadership to team members, division and company, which may include serving on committees and participating in various cross-divisional activities.
- Oversee all external and internal media partners and relationships.
- Contribute to the development, execution and cross-departmental education of critical marketing SOPs.
- Establish key performance metrics and provide regular progress reports, sentiment analysis and track budgets.
- Work with Digital counterpart(s) to develop social media strategy and have oversight of the execution.
- Ability to manage multi-million-dollar budget and performance-driven marketing plans.
- Manage creative process and provide strategic direction for all marketing related areas including but not limited to: Brand, Signage, Websites, Digital & Print Advertising, Email & Collateral.
- Work with internal and external partners, including but not limited to Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Retail, Nightlife, Human Resources, Entertainment, Casino Marketing, etc.
- Assist with strategy, budget, and development of visual assets, including arrangement of photo and video shoots as needed/appropriate.
- Ensure all marketing communications and advertising for the day club are in alignment with brand standards and established guidelines.
- Control quantity and inventory of all marketing collateral and verifies copies are filed in a comprehensive manner.
- Oversee and assist with the production of all property, display, and temporary signage in hotel public areas.
- Use personal device/ cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review company documents, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required:
- At least five years nightlife / day life marketing experience within hospitality or a related field.
- At least three years’ experience in a supervisor/manager role.
- Excellent leadership skills that demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and team orientation.
- Proven successful track record in creating cutting edge, diverse programming.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions.
- Developing, managing and executing an annual marketing plan and budget.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Professional, and internet browser software.
- Knowledge of print and print production process.
- Strong knowledge of Brand concepts, practices and procedures.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department and regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to successfully lead and mentor a team.
- At least 21 years of age.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant field.
- Previous experience in a Director level role within a similar environment.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
