Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Operations Team to ensure seamless visibility into changes to data architecture. Your primary responsibilities will include building data extracts, supporting recurring reporting, and developing insights related to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), marketing campaign performance, competitive intelligence, and other marketing team activities.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Demand Marketing Team, and the Sales Operations Team to ensure clear visibility into changes to data architecture.
- Utilize SQL, Excel, Tableau, and data analysis skills to create efficient data extracts from multiple sources to support Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) data collection.
- Support the development and maintenance of recurring reporting and insights related to MMM, marketing campaign performance, competitive intelligence, and other marketing activities.
- Design and construct visualizations that present complex data in an easily understandable manner, highlighting insights that drive actionable decisions (e.g., Marketing campaign trends, share-of-voice measurement, audience performance dashboards).
- Partner with business and marketing teams to comprehend the full context of ad hoc data/analysis requests, aligning on scope, approach, and timeline in collaboration with the management team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to standardize workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain marketing reporting, critical metrics, and drive insights for the global marketing organization.
- Conduct touch point analysis and assess impact across all channels, employing attribution modeling to provide in-depth analysis on tactics, activity, frequency, behaviors, and recommendations for an enhanced buying experience.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of analytics experience in a B2B SaaS sales and marketing environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of data workflows within CRM and marketing automation platforms, with experience in customer journey analysis and demand funnel analysis.
- Experience with GTM systems, including Salesforce, Marketo, and Marketo Measure (Bizible).
- Familiarity with data manipulation and visualization using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
- Experience using SQL/Python and/or R (is a plus).
