Sr Manager of Marketing Campaigns

The Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns aimed at promoting Paycom to new and existing businesses. This involves coordinating the execution and measuring of the success of the campaign and changing direction in order to achieve the goals of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze data across marketing efforts to discover new information, confirm successful strategies, and create a valid reason to change direction and synthesize those action items in order to achieve KPls using integrated campaign tactics.
  • Partners cross functionally with marketing team to execute and analyze strategic initiatives.
  • Help lead integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and retain existing clients.
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
  • Cross collaborate with knowledge experts to create exceptional and measurably effective content to increase lead generation for targeted audiences that could include infographics, guides, case studies and videos including working with writers, video producers, designers and developers.
  • Have complete knowledge of Paycom’s holistic marketing, sales and business strategy.
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines and processes.
  • Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Improve current and create new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • Promotes department’s vision and goals across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing.
  • Have an accountability mindset to drive towards KPls to meet company objectives.
  • Responsible for content and customer journey across marketing campaigns

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing campaigns management, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to be curious and adaptable
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
