Ansell is looking for a Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing to join our team in Iselin, NJ; Houston, TX or Cowansville, Canada!

Role Profile:

  • Position Title: Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing
  • Job Location: Iselin, NJ; Houston, TX or Cowansville, Canada
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Status: Exempt
  • Reports to: Associate Director, Channel Marketing

Specific responsibilities include: 

Lead the channel marketing efforts as a savvy digital marketer with an understanding of how to develop and execute effective sales enablement programs. Build and deliver strategic plans/programs to help us thrive with channel customers as well as increase penetration and share of wallet in key strategic verticals. Must possess a strong understanding of end-user customer and marketplace needs, as well as how to connect with our target audience at specific times throughout the buying journey.

What would this role look like in detail?

  • Lead channel marketing efforts with key customers in North America.
  • Partner with channel and strategic accounts sales teams to develop marketing activity plans and execute corresponding marketing calendar for select customers.
  • Support Channel Marketing sales team with strategy activation including collateral, trade show support, training, etc. for select strategic channel customers.
  • Responsible for the regional market knowledge / expertise to support the development of local channel marketing tactics & tools to deploy the global strategy in a manner that accurately reflects the regional customer base for identified verticals.
  • Leads collaboration across internal and external functional groups and ensure a unified and aligned marketing approach with the voice of the region captured.
  • Help drive portfolio and distributor.com product and content optimization.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Your relevant education, experience, and skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or equivalent in experience.
  • 5+ years of Marketing or Customer/Trade Marketing experience.
  • Experience in the US Healthcare industry.
  • Digital Marketing experience required.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for sales and marketing meetings.
