Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital marketing initiatives and implement high-impact campaigns for environmental services for organizations in the life sciences, healthcare, higher education, and industrial markets. This creative, data-driven individual will create and deploy strategies and tactics that leverage digital marketing tools and best practices to increase brand awareness, engage target customers and prospects, and improve lead generation for our sales team.

The work-model for this position is hybrid. The first 90 days is in office, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule. 3 days in-office / 2 days work from home.

Essential responsibilities and duties include:

• Significantly increase lead quantity and quality by applying best practices to digital marketing programs
• Manage paid online advertising campaigns, budgets, landing pages, and digital ad copy, and provide recommendations to improve CTR and conversions
• Build and execute SEO and SEM strategies and tactics
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, content-specific metrics, and SEO metrics
• Perform detailed keyword research
• Use marketing automation software to draft, build, and track email campaigns
• Review and analyze competitors’ digital marketing activities
• Identify and resolve technical and content-related SEO issues
• Analyze and recommend improvements to website performance, lead capturing, lead scoring, and lead nurturing processes
• Work with outside vendors, agencies, and consultants as necessary
• Stay current with and apply the latest digital marketing best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience
• BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant discipline. MBA a plus.
• Track record of increasing organic search traffic, rankings, and revenue
• In-depth experience with website analytics and technical SEO tools, such as Google Analytics 4, Semrush, and Hotjar
• Solid experience executing successful paid search campaigns using Google Ads
• Ability to develop email marketing campaigns
• Expertise with:
• Eloqua, HubSpot, or other marketing automation systems
• Oracle CX Sales, Salesforce, or other CRMs
• Website development and analytics
• SEO, SEM, PPC strategy and tactics
• Marketing operations strategies
• Creating calls-to-action and landing pages that drive conversion
• Lead nurturing and scoring
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, positive can-do attitude, team player, detail-oriented, and organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
