About this Role:

Chubb’s digital marketing team is an inspiring digital first team dedicated to driving digital channel strategy, executing, and optimizing campaigns. The focus is to partner with marketing and communication team members to fuel revenue growth using marketing technology, user experience, data, and analytics.

This highly collaborative role will be responsible for partnering with the North American marketing team to help project manage digital projects, update our corporate website for new digital experiences for North America and well as be a project manager for the digital marketing team. This role will work across the IT, data team, product and businesses to source data and scale processes to measure campaign success. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital channels and marketing. Someone who can roll up their sleeves to work with the team to build results through digital marketing. Experience with both B2C but also B2B and B2B2C marketing/communication environments a plus.

By consulting with marketing and business subject matter experts, this team member will do hands on digital campaign execution and project management across UX, engineering, analytics and marketing automation. We will look at this role to help coordinate teams, drive to goals in order to get drive greater business results through marketing campaigns. 

This role will report to the VP or North America Digital Marketing and be a critical partner to developing our data driven capabilities. Have a thorough understanding of best practices in project management, agile workflows, finding critical path and optimizing workflows in a global marketing and communication organization. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact, and responsible for timelines and project plans for digital campaigns across the N. American marketing/communication teams.
  • Responsible for deliveries across many concurrent active projects, being able to provide status and transparency to partners
  • Website management and updates of content, images and tag managers
  • Being able to go end to end with digital campaigns from project intake to execution to reporting for results
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering teams, influence product owners, business sponsors, strategist, and 3rd party vendors to drive to timelines and campaign deliverables
  • Understand the lead generation, and customer life cycle journey of both B2B and B2C and B2B2C models
  • Build quicker ways for executing digital campaigns across site, social, paid media and email
  • Drive towards meeting campaign KPIs
  • Familiarity with reporting
  • Have a strong working knowledge of digital marketing technologies like adobe experience manager, adobe creative products, google analytics and salesforce marketing cloud

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital, demand-based data driven marketing in a B2B and B2C vertical, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • experience with Adobe experience manager and Google analytics
  • Demonstrates a love of learning, user empathy, a passion for driving change and a desire to change paradigms

Additional Skills & Experience:

  • Digital Project management and agile/lean experience
  • Act as liasion between creative, digital, engineering and marketing teams
  • Understand and enforce timelines and budgets for all projects
  • Experience with website management best practices, SEO, mobile, etc
  • Experience with Adobe creative programs, Adobe experience manager and Google analytics
