Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “BALY”.Well, what about the team?As Sportsbook Retention Coordinator for North America, you will be responsible for supporting retention marketing efforts collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization. This role’s primary functions will be to assist with B2C marketing campaigns across lifecycle marketing, email marketing and push messaging, sportsbook promotional campaign development and execution, and daily content management with the primary goal of providing best-in-class player experiences.The Sportsbook Retention Coordinator will play a key role in developing a retention strategy for Bally Bet, alongside the Manager, Sportsbook Retention identifying new promotional and rewards ideas, marketing strategies and managing end-to-end B2C campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, creativity and a willingness to learn and excel in a start-up like environment.So, what will you be doing?
- Coordinating Retention Marketing operations: Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, Customer Promotions, and Content for Bally Bet Sportsbook.
- Analyzing customer behavior related to promotions to drive growth aligned with KPIs.
- Collaborating with casino retention teams for joint Lifecycle Marketing campaigns.
- Supporting CRM operations, building customer journeys, monitoring engagement.
- Assisting in developing marketing communications via email, push notifications, and media outlets.
- Overseeing Sportsbook Promotions: asset creation and customer bonusing.
- Managing Bally Bet app and web content: Homepage carousel, promotions, and marketing pages.
- Handling cross-departmental relationships with Legal, Compliance, Creative, and more.
- Assisting with performance reporting: P&L, Bonus Spend, Campaign Analysis, providing recommendations.
- Managing cross-sell opportunities with brick-and-mortar locations, iCasino, and Free-to-Play.
- Championing Sportsbook product and assisting with miscellaneous projects.

- Have experience in online sportsbook or sports marketing, collaborating across teams and building relationships.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate organization and attention to detail.
- Exhibit a creative, passionate attitude
- Manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.
- Be proficient in MS Office; basic Photoshop a plus
- Have experience with CRM Promotions, Marketing, and Analytics; Braze experience a plus.
- Understand Sportsbook promotions, bonuses, and rewards.
