The Specialist Dermatologist will provide expert care for a variety of dermatological conditions in a premium outpatient setting. You will work closely with other specialists and primary care providers in a collaborative environment, ensuring comprehensive and patient-centered services. The role offers flexibility, a balanced 5-day workweek, and the opportunity to practice within a well-established healthcare network.Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions
• Perform minor dermatological procedures using advanced tools and techniques
• Maintain detailed records, treatment plans, and follow-up documentation
• Build and retain a loyal patient base through professional, ethical service
• Collaborate with internal teams and other medical specialists for case management
• Participate in clinic operations, marketing initiatives, and CME programs
• Ensure compliance with DHA clinical standards and best practices

Reporting & MIS

• Submit clinical documentation as per regulatory guidelines
• Participate in audits and quality reviews to improve service delivery

Governance & Standards

• Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality, safety standards, and hygiene protocols
• Follow HealthHub’s operational policies and clinical governance framework

Job Requirements

• DHA Specialist License or eligibility in Dermatology (mandatory)
• 5+ years of post-specialization experience in dermatology
• Fluency in Arabic preferred
• Proven clinical expertise and ability to manage a variety of skin conditions
• Experience in laser procedures, cosmetic dermatology, or outpatient dermatology services is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient-first mindset and team-oriented approach
