As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in Copenhagen, we are looking for Solution Architect within our Personalisation Team, where you will become an integral part of a dynamic, high-performing, cross-functional Personalisation program team, delivering on Pandora’s personalisation ambition, which is one of the most important strategic pillar in our Digital Strategy.

As Personalization Architect, you will work with our stakeholders around the world to tackle both interesting and challenging problems using state-of-the-art technologies. You will evaluate our current tech stack and drive both the design and the implementation of our future landscape to deliver on one of our strategic goals, i.e., personalization

Your Role as a Solution Architect:

• Design and drive implementation of solutions that deliver personalized experiences in different channels, e.g., ecom, physical stores, email, etc
• Partner with our stakeholders to identify consumer needs and tackle business problems related to product recommendations
• Work on end-to-end analytical products and recommendation engines, from exploration and prototyping to testing and productionizing
• Participate in Scrum team and work in an agile manner applying principles from DevOps

What is needed to succeed:

• Good understanding of customer domain model with a 360 degree view that can drive personalization
• Architectural experience of bringing systems together over service and event driven architecture
• Hands on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
• Good knowledge of recommendation engines, e.g., Commerce Cloud Einstein, KIBO Monetate, Google recommendation AI, or others
• More than 5 years of experience as a Solution/System Architect
• Experience within big data application and cloud computing, e.g., Azure, AWS
• Worked in a Scrum team and Agile setup
• Result-driven and action-oriented individual. Focus on executing, getting things done and delivering on targets
• Highly motivated and self-starter approach to job.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills; able to understand and balance perspectives and find common ground between parties across divides.
• Adaptable and change-resilient, working well in a dynamic fast-paced global environment, accepting new ideas and initiatives and making positive use of opportunities presented. Consistently demonstrates the ability to adapt interpersonal style to suit different people and situations, showing respect and sensitivity towards individual and cultural differences.
• Customer focused attitude, setting high standards for work quality and quantity as measured by value delivered (and promised) to customers.
• Demonstrated capacity to plan, prioritize and organize time, project schedules and multiple project activities
