Through strategic content creation, targeted campaigns, and fostering a strong online community, this role directly contributes to revenue growth. ๐ฐ๐In this dynamic role, youโll be responsible for growing our social media presence ๐ฏ while supporting broader marketing efforts. Your contributions will be vital in strengthening our client community and ensuring smooth, effective marketing operations across the organisation. ๐๐ค๐ฏ Key Responsibilities๐ฃ Social Media Management
- Proactively manage social media accounts across platforms.
- Engage with followers and clients โ reply to comments and DMs ๐ฌ .
- Foster meaningful interactions and build community ๐ค .
- Create and schedule engaging, platform-specific content ๐ง โจ .
- Leverage hashtags, trends, and cross-promotion for visibility ๐ .
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with key campaigns ๐จ๐ .
๐ Driving Conversions, Analytics & Reporting
- Write strong calls to action that convert followers into customers ๐ฅ๐ธ .
- Track and analyse performance data to refine strategies ๐๐ .
- Deliver regular KPI reports to the Head of Growth Marketing ๐ .
- Test and optimise campaigns for maximum impact ๐ .
๐ท Content Creation
- Capture and create content (photos, videos, graphics) that aligns with tone and brand ๐ฅ๐ธ .
- Plan and schedule posts across platforms ๐ ๐ฒ .
- Brainstorm fresh, audience-driven content ideas ๐ก๐ง .
- Optimise content for reach and engagement ๐ฏ .
- Include strong calls to action in every piece of content ๐ .
๐ Continuous Improvement
- Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and best practices ๐งญ .
- Experiment with new formats and content types ๐งช .
- Analyse past content and recommend improvements ๐โก๏ธ๐ .
- Monitor competitors and industry news ๐ก .
- Explore innovative tools and tactics ๐ ๏ธ๐ง .
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and training to stay current ๐๐๏ธ .
- Share insights across the team and wider business ๐ฌ๐ข .
๐ค Customer Service
- Reply to online queries and concerns professionally via social media ๐ฌ๐๏ธ .
- Refer more complex issues to the Client Services team as needed ๐ .
๐ฃ๏ธ Feedback Collection
- Gather customer feedback via social channels ๐งโโ๏ธ๐ .
- Share recommendations to improve services and customer experience ๐งพโจ .
โ Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all content adheres to GDPR, FCA Financial Promotions, Consumer Duty, etc. ๐ก๏ธ๐ .
- Work with Compliance to adapt materials and guidelines accordingly โ๏ธ .
- Protect client data and manage opt-outs effectively ๐ .
- Keep up with regulatory changes and complete monthly compliance training ๐โ .
- Use social feedback and NPS scores to drive continuous improvement and customer-centric communications ๐ฌ๐๐ .
๐งฐ Required Skills & Experience
- Proven marketing experience, ideally in financial services ๐ผ .
- Excellent organisation and time management skills ๐๏ธโฐ .
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal ๐ฃ๏ธโ๏ธ .
- High attention to detail and accuracy ๐โ .
- Tech savvy, especially with MS Office ๐งโ๐ป๐ .
- Proactive with a solution-focused mindset ๐๐ง .
- In-depth knowledge of social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok ๐ฑ๐ .
