We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who knows the platform inside and out, understands how to drive discoverability, and can craft standout content strategies that engage film and series fans. If you live at the intersection of culture, content, and creativity, this role is for you.Working closely with video editors, creatives, and strategists, you’ll build a YouTube presence that’s as entertaining as it is effective — backed by data, driven by trends, and shaped by your vision.Requirements

• Own YouTube Strategy: Lead and execute content plans tailored to film and series releases, aligning with the brand’s tone, audience, and performance goals.
• Leverage Platform Know-How: Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and algorithm shifts — and turn them into strategic opportunities for growth.
• Optimize for Discovery: Craft high-impact titles, descriptions, and thumbnails that improve visibility and drive engagement through SEO best practices.
• Collaborate Creatively: Work hand-in-hand with editors and creatives to shape compelling, platform-native video content that resonates.
• Bring Structure & Vision: Balance strong planning and organizational skills with fresh, bold ideas that push the brand forward.
• Understand the Audience: Use insights and trend awareness to connect with Gen Z and Millennial viewers in the German entertainment space.
• Contribute Hands-On: Support video production with briefing, feedback, and light editing skills — bringing an agile mindset to a fast-moving content workflow.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
