As our Social Media Manager, you’ll report to the Head of Marketing and lead a team of two in crafting scroll-stopping content, building impactful influencer partnerships, and driving performance across every platform.You’ll be the voice behind the brand – strategic, creative, and always one step ahead of the trend.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute end-to-end social strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest & more.
• Lead a high-performing social team and manage influencer partnerships with flair.
• Dive into data to uncover insights that fuel growth and engagement.
• Own the social and influencer budget, ensuring smart spend and strong ROI.
• Collaborate across creative, campaign, product and eComm teams to deliver integrated magic.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven success leading social for a retail or consumer brand.
• Deep platform knowledge and campaign experience across paid and organic.
• A creative eye with a commercial mindset – able to turn likes into loyalty.
• Experience managing influencer platforms and paid collaborations.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Sprout, Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite.
• Strong leadership and a love for mentoring in fast-paced environments.
