We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton, ON Office.

Responsibilities

  • Help grow, manage and optimize social media presence on all platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
  • Measure and monitor traffic on social media platforms and help develop strategies to increase ad effectiveness
  • Ensure seamless brand messaging across all partners and efforts
  • Ensure any comments on all platforms from prospective clients are addressed in a professional and timely manner
  • Build the content strategy for our key social media channels with the intent to increase engagement, promote sharing, and improve product education
  • Communicate with social media followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Planning, developing, producing, and delivering of all social media content and email campaigns
  • Keep aware of market trends, competition and industry news to offer innovative insight to existing programs
  • Create, write, edit, and execute Charger’s communications including internal presentations, public relations, media releases, editorials, email campaigns, web content, blog posts, etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in marketing, journalism, communications, business, public relations, or related field will be considered as an asset.
  • 1-3 years proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines while coordinating multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, focus and take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices
  • Experience working with websites
  • Experience with creating copy for various social media platforms
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts on a variety of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter
