Job description: Job Description:Join Our Team as Service Sales Specialist within Global Service SalesAre you ready to drive Schneider Electric’s presence in the Danish market within our Global Service Sales division? We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our efforts in selling our Digital Power Service solutions in this exciting and rapidly growing sector!Mission: As Service Sales Specialist, your mission is to develop Schneider Electric’s market share in Digital Power Services. You will play a crucial role in driving services sales understanding our business model and identifying key opportunities.What will you do

• Identify key client pain points & needs, build tailored, outcome-based service contracts.
• Prepare commercial pitches with the support of the Digital Services Architect and Tendering & Quotation Manager.
• Manage the sales process from quote to booking.
• Developing a healthy & accurate sales pipeline by converting warm leads into well-qualified opportunities.
• Co-create and plan sales activities with Key Account Managers.
• Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers through networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events.
• Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources.
• Be highly motivated to achieve sales targets.

You will collaborate closely with our Key Account Managers, Digital Energy and Digital Power Sales, Marketing, Service Architects, Tender Managers and Business Support and other internal stakeholders to ensure maximum customer support.What will help you succeed

• Experience in digital solution selling.
• Driven by customer needs and adept at managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong background in electrical engineering.
• Pragmatic, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a matrix environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Desire for continual learning and development in technology, analytics, cyber security, and industry trends.
