You’ll be working closely with both IT and marketing to ensure smooth operations of Arla’s global websites and aligned, cross-functional collaboration.“In this role, success comes from understanding both the technical landscape and the needs of diverse stakeholders. You’ll help maintain and improve our marketing technology solutions by coordinating across teams, ensuring clear documentation, and supporting collaboration between IT and marketing to keep our platforms running effectively,” says Tatiana Karpenko, Manager for Marketing Technology Support.How you will make an impactAs a vital member of our team, you’ll help support and maintain our existing system landscape, collaborating closely with colleagues across both your team and the wider Arla organization. Your focus will be on solutions within the Marketing Technology space, where you’ll contribute to keeping systems running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also play a key role in creating and updating solution documentation and standard operating procedures in partnership with relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll support the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of software issues and defects to ensure optimal system performance.Further, your responsibility will include:

• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors supporting the systems
• Work with infrastructure team on changes influencing web environment
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Advise marketing and other IT teams on technical topics
• Work with Azure storage and ensure timely SSL certificate update

You might come from a web development background with a growing interest in stakeholder engagement, or perhaps you’re a digital marketing professional with a solid technical foundation and strong coordination skills.To succeed in this role, we imagine you likewise have:

• Infrastructure knowledge, predominantly Azure
• Data base knowledge (MondgoDB or any other)
• Web application knowledge from a developer side
• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Flow (or similar version control workflows)
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks.
• A solid understanding of data modelling and data handling and modern integrations between systems
• English language skills on a business level
