Job description: The purpose of this role is to manage and develop relationships with our largest and most important customers in the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in maritime and procurement, bringing a consulting approach to solve customer problems.The role is essentially the face of the company to our customers and dedicated to creating and applying an effective strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by forging solid client relationships.

  • Strategic Account Management

Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive account plans for each client on a quarterly basis, ensuring a proactive and tailored strategy that supports client success and long-term engagement.

  • Growth and Revenue Generation

Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities through strategic supplier engagement, expanding account value while aligning solutions to client needs.

  • Client Satisfaction and Loyalty Enhancement

Lead initiatives to improve the Relationship Management Net Promoter Score (NPS) by strengthening client relationships, addressing feedback, and delivering exceptional service experiences.

  • Innovation and Product Adoption

Champion the adoption of new and innovative propositions, such as Integrated Health Management (IHM) solutions and streamlined invoicing processes, ensuring clients benefit from the latest advancements and value-added services.Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in account management or related roles within a SaaS or B2B marketplace environment.
  • Experience with quoting tools, CRMs and ERPs.
  • Experience with platforms like SAP, MD365, Ivalua etc. from a supplier perspective.
  • Maritime experience highly desirable.
