Job description: The Senior Salesforce Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud in conjunction with Salesforce CRM to conduct and build automated journeys, data management and campaign execution.In this hands-on, strategic role, you will lead the optimisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, working in tandem with Salesforce CRM to design, build and execute data-driven marketing journeys that improve engagement, acquisition and retention outcomes.You will play a key role in advancing the maturity of our direct email marketing, building scalable and automated solutions and ensuring our communications are timely, targeted and relevant to our customer cohorts.Key Responsibilities:Design and optimise automated customer journeys and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) tools (eg Journey Builder, Email Studio)Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using data extensions and SQL queriesMonitor platform performance and resolve SFMC issues to improve efficiencyAnalyse campaign data to generate insights, track performance and support ROI reportingReview and QA campaign assets for accuracy, compliance and brand alignmentCoach and mentor team members on SFMC and automation best practices that leverage SFMC capabilitiesStay current on marketing automation trends and innovationsPlease note: We are open to consider applicants from any location nationally who meet the hiring criteria below.What you need to excel:Full working rights in AustraliaProven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and AMPscript) requiredStrong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and complianceProblem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical and platform issues effectiveExcellent stakeholder engagement skills with experience working in cross-functional teams and subject matter expertsExceptional organisational and project management skillsA flexible, solution focused attitude and an ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies, and a willingness embrace change and continuous improvementWhat will you get in return?Permanent positionA collaborative environment and opportunities to grow your career in digital marketing and technologyFlexible workplace arrangements (hybrid arrangements or full remote)Benefit from CSC’s commitment to excellence through the core competency framework which underpins all people processes to foster empowerment, continuous development, recognition, and a collaborative culture, ensuring you have the tools and support necessary to thrive and excel in your role.How do I apply?To apply for this opportunity please provide a current resume.
