Job description: Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute the sales strategy for biodegradable packaging across target regions (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Northern Emirates)
2.Identify and close new business opportunities in B2B sectors, including retail, hospitality, FMCG, and industrial clients
3.Maintain and expand strong relationships with key clients and distributors
4.Build a sales team and mentor junior team members as the business scales
5.Deliver against sales targets, manage pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting
6.Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and sustainability regulations
7.Represent the company in trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
8.Prepare and present regular reports to management on business performance
9.Take initiative in leading projects that support long-term business growthRequired Qualifications & Skills:
1.Minimum 6-12 years of B2B sales experience in the packaging industry (preferably in biodegradable / eco-packaging)
2.Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
3.Strong understanding of UAE/GCC market dynamics in the packaging or sustainable products sector
4.Prior experience in sales leadership or key account management roles
5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
6.Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and groom teams
7.UAE driving license is mandatory
