Job Responsibilities :
Japan-based marketer
Run an effective marketing campaign for Japanese gamers
Deep drive for revenue increase
Mainly Japan marketer but needs to support Korean market marketing internal process as the same team until we have enough Revenue from Korea and enough budget for Korean marketing hiring
Responsible for Marketing amplifying executive, which includes website & social media updating and maintenance, and follow up the marketing assets designing, marketing exposure feedback, marketing events prize arrangement. Day-to-day duties include:
Coordinate Japan marketing activity with Razer Gold headquarters in Singapore.
Manage Razer Gold’s social media in Japan.
Execute marketing event, such as marketing copy writing and content publish, social media copy writing and checking, marketing exposure tracking and clipping.
Initiate programs and campaigns aimed to educate users about Razer Gold – value proposition, educational how-tos around activation, reloads, game purchases, etc. Refers to the marketing mechanics, setting the marketing events in the back-end system accordingly.
Assist for Regional Marketing Activity such as apply virtual prize or peripheral prize for users, send out the rewards or gift and others for marketing promotion details,
Regular weekly reporting of marketing calendar and activities comparing target outcomes to actual achievements.
Manage the delivery of end-to-end brand and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with global marketing team and execute requirement such as marketing promotion localization and content publishment, new game onboarding, feedback clipping..etc.
Work with relevant marketing and creative teams on the creation of marketing assets and backend operations set up, and to ensure that the visual and product communications to users adhere Razer Inc.’s global design standards
We also manage Korean market. So need to support Marketing internal process for Korean market too.(Late 2023)
Pre-Requisites :
Native Japanese speaker is a must.
Proficiency in English reading and writing is prior, proficiency in oral English is preferred.
Enthusiatic gamer
Game industry / Marketing agency / SNS industry work experience is preferred
College degree or above.
Proficiency in excel, word, PPT, and other Microsoft office applications.
Have the experience of using back-end (like CMS, admin console system etc.) is a plus.
Experience with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
Experience with social media platform (like Twitter or TikTok etc.) is a plus.
Have a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong ability to resist pressure, and be able to adapt to efficient working environment
Self-motivated and a passion for social media management and gaming industry
Ability to work across time zones and cultures – teleconference calls with global teammates is required on a regular basis
Well versed in digital consumer platform or e-wallet marketing trends and best practices
Strong in copywriting or design experience preferre
