The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, works fast with urgency, and knows how to turn cutting-edge technology into customer success stories.

  • Accelerate Breeze adoption and growth – Design and execute programs that drive customer engagement and adoption of Breeze at scale. Partner with sales, CS, enablement, academy, partnerships and product to ensure a consistent and compelling message. • Craft differentiated positioning and value propositions that make Breeze indispensable for HubSpot customers, translating complex AI capabilities into specific, brief and bold positioning that is anchored in real, actionable use cases and jobs to be done.
  • Lead and collaborate across cross-functional launch teams to deliver high-quality product launches— including positioning, messaging, naming packaging, enablement, and customer communications. Build strong relationships across Product, Sales, Customer Success, marketing, academy, enablement and other key teams.
  • Develop adoption-driving content, such as use case guides, playbooks, interactive demos, customer case studies, sales enablement assets, live walkthroughs, contextuals assets and marketing campaigns that drive fast customer understanding and better sales alignment.

Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, anticipate risks, and maintain momentum through thoughtful planning and execution.
  • Measure and iterate on adoption and monetization strategies based on product usage data, customer feedback, and market performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with proven experience in launching and driving adoption of innovative products.
