From lifecycle management to customer insights and strategic promotions, you’ll make a meaningful impact on Novartis’ presence and performance in the pharmaceutical market.Job DescriptionProvide high-quality, timely marketing input and execute tactical plans that maximize brand value and growth potential.Analyse medical, marketing, and socio-demographic data to define product positioning, target groups, and promotion strategies.Develop impactful events, create systematic product launch strategies, and ensure distribution success for new launches.Establish processes and KPIs to track performance, report progress, and provide insights to key stakeholders.Efficiently prioritise resources and activities for marketing excellence while building a customer-centric marketing approach across teams.Support the Marketing Manager in managing annual budgets and forecasting investments to maximise impact.What You’ll Need To SucceedDemonstrated experience in marketing leadership within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and project management.Strong skills in strategy development, market analysis, and operational excellence.Ability to build trust-based relationships with regional stakeholders and deliver impactful results.Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.Why Join Novartis?
