We have 10,000+ members, 300+ staff, and 2,000+ 5-star reviews.About the RoleWe’re seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist & Digital Funnel Manager to take full ownership of our paid media and funnel strategy. This is a hands-on role, reporting to the Head of Marketing, where you’ll manage ad accounts directly, optimise campaigns, and drive measurable performance across all funnel stages.Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise ad accounts across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Build, launch, and test new campaigns weekly, including creative and targeting variations.
• Own the full funnel: ad to booked call to sale.
• Direct funnel creative: copy, video, landing pages, and supporting assets.
• Analyse CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates to inform decisions.
• Coordinate with internal and offshore resources for creative and development.
• Align campaign results with sales team feedback and MQL-SQL metrics.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media and funnel management experience.
• Proven success managing budgets of $50K+ per month.
• Advanced skills in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Strong experience with HubSpot landing pages, automation, and workflows.
• Ability to critique and guide copy, visuals, and video creatives.
• Analytical, results-driven, and highly organised.
• Experience in property or financial services (preferred).
