Our Newest Opportunity:
The Senior Marketing Manager deploys OneDigital’s national brand, solutions, and assets in the Florida market with a focus on South and West Florida. This individual will focus on developing relationships with market leaders across Florida, understand the diverse market needs (geographic and business divisions), and develop channels and strategies to increase revenue across the state.
This individual will have opportunities to manage a wide variety of marketing initiatives—including building local brand presence, managing campaigns to drive lead generation, developing thought leadership content, and more. This position will work closely with the North and Central Florida Marketing Manager, Regional VP of Marketing, and greater team to organize and execute marketing events and strategies to ensure dynamic sales growth and industry-leading client retention for growing Florida markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with regional VP of Marketing to develop marketing strategies specific to local markets, oversee coordination of local activities, and monitor results for maximum impact on profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth
- Develops, directs, and implements market-level marketing plans—including digital lead generation activities, email marketing campaigns, webinars, and PR;
- Fosters and develops relationships with local office leaders to exceed the sales and retention goals for the market
- Works closely with sales team and local leaders to develop sales strategies, presentations, etc., to drive pipeline growth and client expansion
- Collaborates with leaders to monitor, analyze, and present results of marketing efforts to stakeholders;
- Researches and develops messaging that resonates with ideal customers; collaborates with leadership, sales, and service teams to understand customer needs and develop insight-based messaging and collateral to support;
- Acts as project manager for growth-centric marketing projects and events
- Responsible for generating brand awareness in the market, including community partnerships, PR, event marketing, key market messaging and execution;
- Works with OneDigital’s corporate marketing team to develop the voice of the region and ensure it is articulated clearly in market-facing marketing messages;
- Oversees content development, execution, and management for all marketing channels, including media (online and print), website and social, and branded collateral (including videos);
- Plan and execute industry events, develop print collaterals/website messaging, and execute marketing automation activities
- Develop multi-media campaigns to support new business acquisition; Team up with OneDigital’s national marketing technology manager to strengthen our quality, depth, and usability of data analytics to measure digital campaign effectiveness and inform marketing decisions;
- Works with Sales, Client Services, and IT to maintain, scrub, and renew data used for digital marketing initiatives;
- Regionalizes national marketing campaigns to drive results for Florida
- Immediate or future management responsibilities of more junior marketing team members (TBD)
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- Experience working 1-1 with business development executives (sales) to develop new business strategy is a must
- Strong business writing and communication skills, including comfort working with executive-level stakeholders;
- Growth mindset focused on driving outcomes with the ability to think strategically and problem solve;
- Strong project management skills and experience serving as a project lead: plan, organize, and manage the execution of multiple complex projects
- Strong business acumen of marketing trends with the ability to translate concepts into compelling narratives for a wide range of audiences
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined; demonstrated ability to take initiative;
- Demonstrated experience working with the following design platforms: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint, as well as one or more organizational platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Planner, Asana, and Microsoft 365
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others of all levels;
- Ability to work independently and as a member of the team;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to travel within the region as needed ;
- Ability to travel to corporate, if requested
- This is a hybrid role and will require some in-office time depending on the location of the candidate
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design or a related field;
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or law with increasing responsibilities;
- Proven experience managing both online and in-person events, including all aspects of planning, vendor management, execution, and communications
- Proven experience with Eloqua, Hubspot, and other digital platforms;
- Proven experience with Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms;
- Recent management experience (minimum of five years) or a proven capability to manage entry-level team members;
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
