A unique opportunity has emerged to join us on a 12-month contract as a Senior Marketing Manager in our Marketing Transformation team, working within the thriving Customer marketing function.
We’re seeking a candidate with a passion for personalisation, customer data, change management, and large-scale transformation.
This is your ticket to be part of a milestone shift in personalisation strategy, deliver tangible outcomes, and contribute to setting up a brand-new marketing analytics team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Transformation, you’ll work closely together and partner with Coles Digital, Technology and Coles 360, to drive strategy, develop compelling business cases and unlock funding to elevate our personalisation capability, supporting growth of customer lifetime value and business growth.
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business/Commerce, you have 10+ years’ experience in a CRM, loyalty, direct marketing, digital marketing, or data role.
You thrive in change and can demonstrate guiding and inspiring your team through a transformative period and bringing people along on a journey toward an ambitious outcome.
