Fidelity Charitable is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our Donor Marketing team. In this role, you will lead and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at engaging, educating, and inspiring our donors to maximize their philanthropic impact.
The Team
Your role is a member of the Segment Marketing Team. This team is responsible for creating content and driving marketing campaigns to educate and raise awareness of Fidelity Charitable and smart philanthropy through the use of a donor-advised fund. Fidelity Charitable is an independent public charity that has helped donors support more than 300,000 nonprofit organizations with more than $42 billion in grants.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, journalism or marketing, advanced degree a plus
8+ years of experience working in marketing communications/program management capacity.
Expertise in all aspects of marketing communications development with proven experience managing complex, multi-faceted communication projects from planning through execution, including crafting effective messaging and copy.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across the Marketing team and with business partners.
The ability to think strategically and tactically, continually identifying new opportunities while mastering the tactical requirements necessary to produce and maintain marketing materials.
Action-orientation to drive agendas forward, challenge conventional thinking and provide compelling debate and dialogue to move from idea generation through approval and implementation.
Exceptional organizational skills, consistently setting and meeting deadlines, prioritizing or reprioritizing, and using impeccable judgement in engaging senior resources.
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Financial services and/or nonprofit sector experience a plus
Analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Workfront, and Tableau.
Knowledge of Donor and UHNW audiences a plus
