Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative prowess and the ability to complete detailed, hands-on execution of tasks to drive brand awareness, produce marketing and campaign content and drive engagement across our diverse portfolio of industrial properties.
You will report to the Head of Marketing.
Location: Los Angeles, CA; Costa Mesa, CA; or Riverside, CA
Work Arrangement: You will follow a hybrid work model, offering a balanced blend of remote and in-office work.
About the Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, including social media content, email marketing campaigns, branded assets and more.
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and partner lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
- Contribute to the management of and directly develop the company’s online presence, including websites, social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram, and other digital marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and engaging content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market trends, tenant needs and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, events and content marketing initiatives.
- Utilize analytics and market research to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement and establish data-driven recommendations and procedures.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies and external partners to optimize resources and achieve marketing objectives.
- Contribute to a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate, industrial property or related industry experience highly preferred.
- Expertise in website development and branding, and well as experience collaborating across Investor Relations highly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems and analytics platforms. HubSpot experience strongly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation
Rexford Industrial’s total reward plan includes a premier benefits package, bonus eligibility and long-term stock incentives. The expected annual base salary range for this role is $106,000 to $125,000, with a 20% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility.*The actual base salary and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed. The final base salary and total compensation will be described in any offer letter.

- These stock grants are subject to approval by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, are currently subject to vesting over a four-year period, with 25% of the grant vesting per year, and require continued employment on the grant date and each applicable vesting date.
