This is a brand-new role within a well-established business in Macclesfield, with currently 16 staff and continued growth plans. And your position as Senior Marketing Executive will have a big part to play in this expansion.

You’ll be given complete autonomy to devise the marketing strategy and execute it. In fact, the Director told me that he wants this person to “go wild” with their ideas; so that itch ^ will certainly be scratched! And with the expansion plans comes the opportunity for you to build your own marketing team.

And all of this will be done within a friendly, non-corporate, super sociable team – they love a good night out, with activities like axe-throwing, escape rooms, or hopping on the train to Manchester for drinks and a bite to eat.

And, as I mentioned ^, your new employer is really flexible. At the start you’ll be based within the office whilst you get to grips with the business, but after that, they are open to when you want to work in the office or from home. PLUS, they are big believers in personal/career development, offering 2 hours each week for you to train in an area of your choice – how fantastic is that?!

• Salary: up to £30,000 DOE + 2 bonuses per year
• Hours: 9am – 5pm (with some flexibility around these times, minimum 30 hours +)
• Ideally hybrid but open to remote working (must be available to be in the office a minimum of once per month for meetings)

Key Responsibilities Of The Senior Marketing Executive

You will have overall responsibility for planning, implementing, and raising brand awareness through various external and internal marketing activities.

• Produce engaging content (copy and design) for social media, blogs, videos, web articles and email marketing
• Analyse performance of marketing campaigns and reporting on data obtained
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
• Understand industry market trends and regulations and direct activity accordingly

Experience Required To Be The Next Senior Marketing Executive

• A degree in a Marketing discipline
• Previous experience of planning and executing successful marketing and communications campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, as well as software and analytics tools
• Experience of creating content both long and short form
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
