We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Business Partner – UK region to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing and communications strategy across the UK business. As the go-to person for all UK marketing-related activities, you will lead efforts to create and implement consistent internal and external communications, develop a robust content strategy, support digital and social media initiatives, and manage all marketing activity. Additionally, you will play a lead role in managing, executing, implementing and reporting on UK-wide marketing campaigns tailored to our priority sectors.
The role is a fulltime position, based in London though in line with our flexible ways of working. The role is part of our Corporate Services Global Marcomms team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, own, and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the UK business, aligning with overall corporate objectives.
- Work with the UK sector leads to create and implement sector marketing campaigns for the UK tailored to our priority sectors, to build profile and drive growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing activities within the region, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UK leadership, digital marketing, internal and external comms and design to understand business needs and deliver effective marketing and communications activity.
- Create and coordinate internal and external communication plans to enhance the regions visibility and promote a positive brand image.
- Lead and implement content strategy efforts for the UK, ensuring the production of high-quality, relevant, and engaging materials for a variety of platforms.
- Support social media initiatives, including content creation, and work with the digital team on scheduling and performance analysis, to increase online presence and engagement.
- Manage the development and distribution of both on and offline marketing collateral, ensuring materials are up-to-date, brand-compliant, and readily available for UK teams. This will include thought leadership, press releases, presentations, awards submissions, web content and others.
- Work alongside the external communications team to ensure relevant media coverage and a targeted flow of sector related wins to support the sector marketing strategy.
- Manage corporate events and conferences for the UK, setting objectives and measuring ROI.
- With support from the digital team, track and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new marketing opportunities and potential areas of growth.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Global Marcomms team to ensure continued success for the team across the business.

About You
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in strategy development and execution.
- Strong knowledge of the construction or property industry and its unique marketing challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using various marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
