Nav is searching for an experienced Senior Marketing Automation Manager who is interested in launching, owning, and maintaining multi-channel campaigns across the entire user journey using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Tableau, Tealium, and other platforms. This role, crucial to Nav’s growth, will develop behavior-driven lifecycle marketing automations. Working in partnership with email and product marketing managers, this SFMC-savvy individual will build, scale, and optimize triggered communications to increase engagement, retention, and LTV. You will manage data connections into SFMC, write queries to trigger user journeys, and support the reporting process with the data team.

During the interview process, your recruiter will be explaining how our rubrics work across all of our total rewards ( base, equity, bonus, perks, and benefit) offerings . The base salary for this role is targeted between $115K – $155K per year. Final offer amount is determined by your proficiencies within this level.
