Reporting to the Director, Partner Marketing, the position of Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing will be responsible for the marketing strategies, planning, and execution that fuel growth across partners in Asurion’s new channels portfolio. This individual will provide marketing leadership within internal client teams and represent Asurion marketing with external client teams. Success in this role is the ability to effectively design, communicate, and sell-in marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive prioritized growth activities within client programs. Key capabilities include an understanding of complex marketing assets, an eye for creative execution, and the ability to effectively activate and measure marketing complex initiatives and programs, within an external partner collaboration. Key Responsibilities Client Marketing Strategy – Management and Execution – Implement overall marketing best practices across client portfolio, manifesting in the development of marketing plans for key, prioritized initiatives; manage timing, execution, and measurement. – Own and drive methods used to organize campaigns and messaging across various partner channels and product offerings, partnering with cross functional teams across the marketing and sales organization. – Implement beset practices across paid, owned, and earned channels as applicable. Drive results and facilitate measurement with analytics partners. – Have a deep understanding of the customer experience; own relationship with legal to update and manage program terms and conditions, web experience, and program administration communications. – Partner with creative team and lead the creation of creative assets within Asurion and client brand guidelines. Write and deliver creative briefs; facilitate delivery of creative to internal partners and external client teams. – Foster an environment of open communication, collaboration, and transparency across the Marketing organization as a key tenant of our marketing best practices. – Work closely with client business teams to understand program performance, provide timely updates, and serve as the voice of the customer; have deep knowledge of the growth levers marketing can impact. – Support Director of VP, New Channel Growth and Director, Client Marketing in team planning processes as well as on-going communication of portfolio performance. – Support Director, Client Marketing in development of marketing best practices for emerging B2B marketing plans and pipeline management. Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree required. – Minimum of 5-7 years total business-related experience working in one or more of these: marketing, brand management, strategy/management consulting, product management/marketing, media or creative agency – Demonstrated ability to build marketing campaigns and manage programs with dependencies such as cross-functional alignment and collaboration with external partners – Demonstrated ability to work with external clients and manage to tight deadlines – Experience designing and executing research, along with the capability to translate research insights for client understanding and motivation – Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present strategy, concepts and initiatives is required – Ability to multi-task and manage multiple complex projects in a cross functional environment concurrently – High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects – Strong track record of cross-functional partnership – Ability to measure performance outcomes – Passion for marketing strategy and communications
