Strong background in translating business objectives into CRM solutions.
Experience in cross-functional program management and change management.
Skilled in data integration, middleware, and API-driven architectures.
Familiarity with loyalty platforms, personalization engines, and AI-led CRM solutions.
Strong leadership experience in building and mentoring technical teams.
Expertise in Agile/DevOps delivery models and customer-focused product development.
