Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll work closely with a dynamic and diverse team to deliver exceptional results.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring alignment with L’Oréal’s business objectives.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets, market share, and profitability goals.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and category management teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends, customer data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and optimize account strategies.
  • Negotiation & Planning: Lead annual negotiations, promotional planning, and joint business planning with key accounts.
