Hair Styling Services
– Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, straightening, and styling.
– Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles or treatments that complement their facial features, lifestyle, and hair type.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver cutting-edge styles.
– Address special requests, such as hair styling for weddings, parties, or events.Client Relations
– Build strong relationships with clients by offering personalized service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
– Answer questions regarding hair care, products, and treatments to assist clients in maintaining healthy hair at home.
– Handle complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing solutions or modifications to services.Leadership and Mentorship
– Guide and mentor junior stylists and apprentices, sharing techniques and industry knowledge.
– Conduct training sessions to improve the team’s skills and introduce innovative methods.
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.Salon Management
– Assist in the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations.
– Maintain inventory of hair products and tools, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
– Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting services and products through social media, events, or partnerships.

Expected salary: $82628 per year
